Choose a brick and color. On a touch screen, tap the board to preview your brick. Drag the preview itself, use the one-stud arrows, tap the preview again, or choose Put it here. Drag an empty part of the board to move the world; pinch to zoom and twist two fingers to turn. Tap a brick with Take off selected to remove it. With a mouse or pencil, click to build or drag across glowing studs to build a row. Choose Move to drag the view with a mouse. Press B for build, X for remove, M for Move, R to flip the brick, and V to toggle top view. Use the arrow keys to move between studs, Enter to place, Delete to remove, Q and E to turn the view, plus and minus to zoom, and zero to center the view.
